Delete Your Account

Delete inside the app

1. Open More and select Settings.
2. Open Profile.
3. Select Delete account.
4. Review the warning and confirm permanent deletion. If requested, confirm the Apple account connected to Room & Grace so its sign-in access can also be revoked.

Account settings and deletion remain available when subscription access is paused. If you cannot complete deletion in the app, use the email request below.

After successful processing, this deletes your authentication account, associated hosted account records, content backups and recovery copies, and uploaded photos.

Request deletion from the web

If you cannot use the in-app option, email us from the address connected to the account. We may ask you to verify control of that account before processing the request.

What account deletion covers

Account deletion covers your Room & Grace authentication record and associated hosted account information, such as your email address, preferred name, onboarding status, subscription-access status, saved content backups and recovery copies, and uploaded photos.

Some records may be retained for a limited period when reasonably required for security, fraud prevention, transaction records, disputes, backup recovery, or legal compliance. Any retained information will remain protected and will not be used for unrelated purposes.

Personal content stored on your device

The app stores calendar items, tasks, wellness logs, medicine information, reminders, notes, photos, goals, inspiration, and people-and-pet profiles on your device and backs up supported content to your account. Successful in-app account deletion clears account data on that device. Other devices, older device backups, and exported files may still contain local copies.

After account deletion, remove the app and its local data from any other device on which you used it. Release builds exclude private app storage from device backups. Review your Apple or Google device-backup settings if an older backup contains app data you also want to remove.

Cancel subscriptions separately

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel Room & Grace through the subscriptions area of the Apple or Google account used for purchase to prevent future renewals.
